Is an online assessment as thorough as an in-person one?
For most residential and commercial properties, yes. Larger sites — hotels, factories — sometimes benefit from a visit, and that is said clearly at the outset if it applies.
What time zones do you work across?
Sessions are booked in Nepal Standard Time, with morning and evening slots that suit clients in India, the Gulf, the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and the USA.
What language are sessions in?
English, Nepali or Hindi, at the same rate.
