Hypnotherapy — working with patterns that do not respond to reasoning
Some patterns hold on regardless of how clearly you understand them. Hypnotherapy uses guided induction to work at the level where those patterns are held rather than at the level where you think about them.
The Consultation
How it works
Sessions run for one hour, which is what the process actually needs — there is an induction phase, the work itself, and time to come back out and talk through it.
Common reasons people book: a fear that has not shifted, a habit that survives every attempt at willpower, a phobia that limits ordinary life, or a pattern of self-sabotage that keeps appearing at the same point.
You remain aware throughout. Hypnosis in a therapeutic setting is a focused state, not unconsciousness, and nothing happens without your participation.
This is complementary work. It is not psychiatric treatment and it does not replace mental health care. Where something needs a clinician, you will be told.

Hypnotherapy — answered
Will I lose control or do something I would not normally do?
No. Therapeutic hypnosis is a focused, aware state. You can speak, stop, or open your eyes at any point.
How long is a session and what does it cost?
Sessions run one hour and are priced at NPR 5,000, which includes follow-up guidance. Online or in person in Kathmandu at the same rate.
Does it work online?
Yes, provided you have a quiet space, a stable connection and an hour without interruption.
Is this a substitute for therapy or psychiatric care?
No. It is complementary work for specific patterns. If what you describe needs a licensed mental health professional, that will be said clearly.
