Vastu Shastra
Practical Vastu guidance for homes, offices and businesses
No demolition. No expensive renovation. Direction, layout and element balance assessed against how you actually use the space — then a prioritised list of corrections you can realistically make.
What Vastu Actually Is
Closer to design logic than fortune-telling
Vastu Shastra is concerned with how a building sits in relation to direction, light, air movement and the way people use it. Applied properly it reads less like prediction and more like a diagnostic framework: assess the space, identify where the layout is working against you, recommend proportionate corrections, then check the result.
That is how AstroAcer applies it. A consultation looks at your entrance, your directions, your room placement and your element balance, and it gives you a written plan ranked by what matters most. What it does not do is invent problems, prescribe expensive rituals, or tell you the only fix is to knock a wall down.
Vastu is a major consultation service here, alongside astrology. Where a property question and a personal chart question turn out to be the same question, the two can be read together — but that is a specific integrated consultation, not the default.
The one rule that shapes everything
No demolition, ever. Every remedy is achievable through placement, colour, usage or minor correction. If a genuine structural limitation exists, it is named as a limitation rather than dressed up as a remedy.

The Five Elements
What gets balanced
Every zone of a property leans towards one of five elements. Most Vastu problems are an element in the wrong place.
Scope
What a Vastu assessment covers
- Main entrance and approach
- Eight directions and property orientation
- Room placement and function
- Kitchen and fire element
- Bedrooms and rest zones
- Bathrooms and drainage
- Brahmasthan (centre of the property)
- North-east and south-west zones
- North direction and water placement
- Air movement and ventilation
- Open space and central area
- Furniture and functional placement
What is not claimed. Vastu consultation is space assessment and practical correction. It is not medical treatment, and it is not a financial guarantee. Recommendations are given as guidance, and outcomes are described honestly rather than promised.

Common Questions
Vastu consultation — answered
Can you assess my property without visiting in person?
Yes. Most assessments are done from a floor plan, the main entrance direction and photographs. That is how clients in Nepal, India, Australia, the UK, Canada and the USA consult AstroAcer. In-person visits are available in Kathmandu.
Will I have to renovate or demolish anything?
No. Every recommendation works through placement, usage, colour or minor correction. If something genuinely cannot be corrected without structural work, you will be told that rather than sold a substitute remedy.
Which Vastu service is right for me?
Start with your property type. Each page sets out what that consultation covers and who it is for. If you are unsure, message on WhatsApp with a short description and you will be pointed to the right one.
How long before results show?
Clients commonly describe a change in how the space feels within 30 to 90 days of applying the plan. That is a pattern in feedback rather than a promise; outcomes vary by property and situation.
Do you need my birth chart for a Vastu consultation?
No. A Standard or Advance Vastu consultation works from the property alone. Astrology chart integration comes in on the Premium Vastu plan and in the Combined Package.
Do you handle multiple properties or sites?
Yes. Hotel groups, factory owners and developers managing several sites can request a phased, multi-property assessment.
